Item does exactly what it is supposed to do quickly.

I bought this unit so that I could have one charger permanently at my office and one to travel with. I have found this unit to perform as well as the one that was included in my Surface device.

I just wish these weren't so expensive surfaces are great but their chargers are expensive when they break.

I have a pro surface 3 that’s 6 years old. It would not change. Now I can keep up with my work. I am so happy that it’s fixed.

Purchased for a Surface Pro 4. Does exactly what it's supposed to do, and because it's from Microsoft it's going to work as advertised for the Surface. Would definitely recommend.

Cord works as described. I do like and appreciate the long length of the cord. Also, the deal was sweetened when Best Buy price matched with an online retailer. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

One difference from the original charger that came with my surface pro 3 is the placement of the transformer in relation to the overall length. Overall length is the same but the cord from wall to transformer is longer and the cord from transformer to surface is shorter.

Product as ordered. My docking station power cord died so this was a good replacement until one of those is back in stock.

Needed a replacement for my laptop and works great! Wish it was less costly, but shouldn’t have lost my original!

The product does what it's supposed to do, which is charge my somewhat old Surface. It's a 4 star rating because this shouldn't cost as much as it does.

I had to purchase because I needed to charge Surface Pro tablet. Staff in store was very helpful to get the correct item.

Works as described. It's always better to buy official chargers because you never know how off brand will affect your laptop. You never want it to damage your expensive equipment.
