great replacement for my Surface cord. Charges faster than original cord.

Works great, saved my computer! Old chargwr was lighting up but the charge would atop after about a minute.

No one else had it, but Best Buy. Desparately needed and it has multiple charge heads so can be used for many devices.

I bought the wall charger for my Surface Pro 3. It was the only Surface Pro 3 charger that Best Buy had on hand. What I found out was that this charger is more powerful than the original charger that came with my unit and my unit became somewhat 'hot' upon charging. I was concerned that this charger might shorten the life of my Surface Pro so I returned the product to Best Buy. I found a charger on-line that was more it line with my original charger (less powerful). Yes it takes longer for me to get a full charge with the 'lighter' charger but my unit doesn't get 'hot'. I'd rather make sure that my SurfacePro has a longer life than a faster charge.

The original charger has held up very well. I use it heavily traveling on a daily bases, getting it in and out of a backpack multiple times a day.

It is what it is. My surface charger died after 6 years, so this is a replacement. it works as a charger, no surprise there.

A must needed charger for Microsoft Surface owners. Grab an extra one for all the times you lose one. Quality product

One of our pets keeps chewing our cords so needed to replace the cord pronto. We looked online and we noticed it was available at the local Best Buy so picked it up. Cord works great but the are pricy. Best Buy price is comparable to other places, but cord is just expensive. I think they could improve the product by making the cord detach on the thinner section since that is the part that gets chewed up (replaced it several times already). As of today, pet has already chewed through the cord again. Now purchased a less expensive cord. Product did function for the purpose intended. It is just too expensive for my household. I indicated that I would recommend products, but would if you needed it replaced immediately or it did not need to be replaced often.
