Needed to charge Surface Book Pro. Did not need to use it as found the old one but old one was identical and works great.

The surface pro 4 is easy to carry around. I bought an extra cord so I would have a cord at home and at the office and would not need to worry about taking a cord with me.

This product was exactly as advertised; OEM specific for the Microsoft Surface Pro. It fits nearly all but the very first editions of the Surface product line.

Had to replace my original charger after my dog got to it. This is exactly the same as the one provided when you buy the computer.

The cord breaks down to two pieces so it packs away easily. Also has a usb charging port on it for ease when charging a second device. Only gripe is I wish it was longer so I could work farther away from the outlet.

I bought the wall charger for my Surface Pro 3. It was the only Surface Pro 3 charger that Best Buy had on hand. What I found out was that this charger is more powerful than the original charger that came with my unit and my unit became somewhat 'hot' upon charging. I was concerned that this charger might shorten the life of my Surface Pro so I returned the product to Best Buy. I found a charger on-line that was more it line with my original charger (less powerful). Yes it takes longer for me to get a full charge with the 'lighter' charger but my unit doesn't get 'hot'. I'd rather make sure that my SurfacePro has a longer life than a faster charge.

My old charger just died which I found weird. This one was pricier than expected but works great.

I returned this item with no receipt or box. I was able to give customer service my cell number and she looked up the item I purchased. I told her I found my power supply there is nothing wrong with this item and returned product. Thanks best buy for make this return simple.

No one else had it, but Best Buy. Desparately needed and it has multiple charge heads so can be used for many devices.

It is what it is. My surface charger died after 6 years, so this is a replacement. it works as a charger, no surprise there.
