    We bought extras so our staff could leave one at the office and keep one in their travel stuff - makes it quicker to get setup at your desk. However, we seem to be going through them as the cable (from the supply to the PC) seems to be fragile. MS needs to address this and make the cable more durable.

    So thankful for concerned help when my Surface just stopped charging and it was just the charger. Everyone was extremely nice, walked me over to the replacement, and was out and back to work within 20 minutes. YAY!
