    Super accommodating staff. I purchased a discounted (opened packaging) charger for my Microsoft surface laptop. (Laptop I purchased at Best Buy). Unfortunately, it didn't work. I brought it back and the return process was easy. I would still recommend buying opened packaging products - it's a great way to save money. Thank you!
