    I was so grateful that I could pick up this replacement from my local store when my puppy chewed through the original. Because it is an authentic Microsoft product, it works as expected with my device. I don't love the design of this cord but that is not necessarily a Best Buy issue.

    I've owned my Microsoft pro for almost ten years and after my plug eventually broke due to what I believe was normal wear and tear it was great to find a replacement. However the price was more expensive than I expected for a plug that Microsoft designed almost with the intent to ensure users would have to purchase through them to get a replacement.
