    I need this charger. Although turns out my laptop has just broke down. I was trying to return the charger but they said they couldn’t do anything about it but give me half back. :(

    Expensive, but more powerful and longer cables than the original equipment charger that came with my Surf Pro 3 back in the day. Paying for the peace of mind that my charger isn't some cheap knock off that will overheat and cause a fire or short out my device. Ixve seen a friend's cheap power brick spark when he connects and disconnects.

    The staff assisted me and my grandson to the hook where charger hung. The young lady was friendly and greeted us with a big smile. She knew what we were looking for and got it for my grandson and me. At the register, the clerk was friendly, too, with a pleasing smile. She assisted me, 78 years of age, in inserting my credit card, etc. She found the Amazon price and gave us the discount. GREAT!

    Exact replacement for surface laptop. I’ve found these power supplies only last about 18 months so I always like to have a spare. Best Buy ships quickly and home delivery is convenient.
