This is my third charger I had to replace. I always seem to forget it on vacations or working at remote cities. Charges pretty fast Im happy with it. Hope this is the last one I have to buy in a long time lol

I bought a surface computer 2 years ago, and have had to replace the cord 3 times now. When working, the cord is wonderful. But, the cords burn up like crazy. I thought it was my computer, but the guy at Geek Squad told me that these cords are just notorious for burning up quickly and having to be replaced. If this is the case, the price needs to be lowered significantly. I love the computer, but am very irritated by the fact that I have to keep buying a new cord in order to use it.

I needed an extra charger for my desk because it wasn't easy to get to a plug so once it was in place I wanted to leave it but still have one to travel with. certain not a cheap option but its the same charger that comes with the laptop

Purchased a refurbished charger. It looks like new, clean no marks, except for the labels on the box. The reason why I needed another charger is because the cable from the computer connector started to give, and while it works I'm not confident it will work for much longer. Not sure why it's so fragile. Since it's a proprietary connector I wasn't confident in 3rd party power supplies

The pins on Surface chargers are somewhat fragile and it takes very little to damage them. This charger was not expensive, it arrived quickly and worked right away. If you have a Surface PC in an environment where the cord might get yanked out this would make a great spare to keep you up and running.

Perfect factory replacement but of higher output so battery charges faster. Now just to keep the cord away from the puppy. LoL

Read a lot of the reviews and was very pleased with the outcome of my purchase. I needed another charger to leave at the office.

It's a good charger but there is one problem that it attaches to laptop magnetically and the magnetic connection between charger and laptop is pretty weak so it comes off very easy.
