Out of the box I plugged it in and it worked exactly the way I expected it

This wall charger was the perfect replacement...but definitely pricey

This item I needed for my computer and I always like having a back up in case the other one is damaged or not working.

it met my need perfectly. I lost my charger and this one replaced it.

This charger is fantastic. It charges my surface very fast and is compact.

Works perfect with my Surface Pro 4 it is a perfect match to the one I lost.

I bought a surface computer 2 years ago, and have had to replace the cord 3 times now. When working, the cord is wonderful. But, the cords burn up like crazy. I thought it was my computer, but the guy at Geek Squad told me that these cords are just notorious for burning up quickly and having to be replaced. If this is the case, the price needs to be lowered significantly. I love the computer, but am very irritated by the fact that I have to keep buying a new cord in order to use it.

I was extremely happy to know that Best Buy had this power cord in stock. It was a life saver since I was out of town and did not bring my original one.

Read a lot of the reviews and was very pleased with the outcome of my purchase. I needed another charger to leave at the office.

After 3 years, my wall charger for my Microsoft surface laptop wouldn't work. I purchased a replacement at Best Buy. It didn't work and I had to schedule for Geek Squad to look at the laptop. Turns out, Best Buy sold me a bad charger. I was given another replacement charger and my problem was solved!

My daughter needed a new charger for her laptop. Her old charger stopped working. The new charger works wonderfully.

I purchased this as a replacement for an older power supply that finally died. I walked into Best Buy and staff helped me find the correct unit right away. Unit powered up right away and is working great!

Works just like the original plug! I would recommend this plug.

Helps make the charging better.. I now can have two in different locations.
