Recall Part

This part replacement is to prevent a potential fire. I’ve been lucky so far thank goodness! Now that I have the new part I feel so relaxed and no longer worry. Thanks again Best Buy!

A Necessity

The item is poorly designed, so that use of the plug, while you are using the computer, makes it susceptible to breakage. They really need to improve the design.

A good backup or replacement charger

I got a 2nd charger so I could have one at home and one at work; that way I can just grab my Surface Pro without having to haul the cord around too. Very convenient addition.

Great charger for surface pro 4

I had my other charger for 5 years and suddenly it stopped working. However I’m starting to believe it is my laptop as this one now sometimes has issues charging my phone.

Great replacement for original

This replacement was priced very well compared to online prices and we were able to get it in store same day. We are very happy with it and no longer have to worry about the cord over heating.
