Shipped to me fast and revived my computer in seconds! The original charger my laptop came with died out of nowhere, so I suggest getting the insurance on the laptop or else you'll have to buy this!

Purchased new item while existing unit on warranty was returned by Geeks squad to MS for repair or replacement; Warranty unit was replaced and it seem to work, but intermittently. Problem seems to be with charger magnetic attach point to MS Surface Book laptop.

I inadvertently pulled the original charger off the surface pro and pulled the wires out to expose them, had to replace. No warranty coverage so it cost me. good product, engineered to protect owner from my kind of abuse but I overcame the engineering. reliable.

This replacement battery was just what I needed. I am sad that I had to purchase a new one due to the delicate-ness of the charger but it was worth it. I am glad it was not the SurfacePro itself

Always a good idea to have a back-up PS in case you leave one behind. I keep one in my travel bag, and leave the other at home. The new PS is more powerful than the original one, so you have a bit of charger headroom. This should, in theory, allow it to live longer.

For some reason, my original charger that came with my surface pro would no longer charge my tablet. I picked this up on sale, and so far so good. It stays in place, and chargers the tablet just fine. 2 month ownership and havent had any issue.

It's a Microsoft Surface Charger so it works as it's supposed to . . . what's not to like! It costs more than the so-called compatible no-name brands, but you can't count on those really being compatible!

Glad Best Buy had this on hand. I left my charger in another hotel in another city and needed to get reports into my office. Swung through and grabbed one off the shelf and got my work completed just in time.
