Does the job, cord shorter than older models but still long enough

It would be nice to have less expensive alternatives

Using this charger since 1 year. so far no issues. works great

For some reason, my original charger that came with my surface pro would no longer charge my tablet. I picked this up on sale, and so far so good. It stays in place, and chargers the tablet just fine. 2 month ownership and havent had any issue.

This battery charger works great. Sales people was helpful, as well

This replacement battery was just what I needed. I am sad that I had to purchase a new one due to the delicate-ness of the charger but it was worth it. I am glad it was not the SurfacePro itself

Tough to decide betrween 3 and 4 stars. I had to buy a new charger because the first one broke less than a year old. Going to try to get Microsoft to warranty the charger. Think about getting Best Buy's extented warranty. It would have been covered.

Seeing as this is the charger the computer comes with I'm glad it works. The connection can be rather annoying as its a magnet but since I love the computer I'll have to manage. Product came in a reasonable time and undamaged and does its job!

Glad Best Buy had this on hand. I left my charger in another hotel in another city and needed to get reports into my office. Swung through and grabbed one off the shelf and got my work completed just in time.

The item was nothing special, but it was what I needed, and staff helped make sure I didnt buy the wrong thing. Appreciate that customer service!

It's a Microsoft Surface Charger so it works as it's supposed to . . . what's not to like! It costs more than the so-called compatible no-name brands, but you can't count on those really being compatible!

Purchased new item while existing unit on warranty was returned by Geeks squad to MS for repair or replacement; Warranty unit was replaced and it seem to work, but intermittently. Problem seems to be with charger magnetic attach point to MS Surface Book laptop.
