It sometimes freezes up, so I just turn it of by pushing it flat with a simple touch, turn it on again and it works like a charm. I love it over all, it does look expensive too, which it is is. It is worth every penny, but do stack up on batteries or better yet buy rechargeable ones. Easy to set up too.

Like having my USB port back

Since the surface only has one USB port, it was nice recovering that for other uses. Definitely would recommend if you have a surface laptop or pro

However, I returned it because the left/right clickers were so difficult to press that the muscles in my hand were fatigued after ten minutes! You would think if they can design something cool that flattens and curves and weighs almost nothing, that they would also be able to design it so the clickers were super easy to use.

I have been using the Microsoft arc with my dell laptop for years and this new one is even better. The material is soft in my hand and it moves seamlessly.

At first, I thought I wasn't going to like the scrolling without the wheel but honestly after a few hours you get used to it. And for me, without the wheel is actually easier than a wheel. I have more control and my fingertip doesn't hurt from the contact with the wheel! I love how it folds flat too. Takes up very little room in my laptop bag and I love the color!!! Oh and the set up took less than 10 seconds!
