I have owned 4-5 of these guys. They are great to travel with and are very reliable. Small and light they can fit almost anywhere. I have only had 2 issues. 1) earlier versions had a piece of plastic at the heel of the arc (closest to the wrist) that, if it came off or got lost, made it very difficult for the mouse to travel over most surfaces. 2) the latest version of Arc is very sleek but it has a problem in how the buttons function. As you hold the Arc and use the index finger to "click" while holding the mouse between your thumb and middle finger, there is a very subtle "pinch" that occurs on either the thumb, middle finger or both. After repeated use this can get very uncomfortable. Almost feels like dozens of razor cuts. The older designs did not have this "pinching" issue as the seams of the buttons were on the top of the Arc and not on the side. With the seams on the side, every time you click the buttons your are pinching yourself. I would recommend the older versions to anyone. This newer design is irritatingly painful.

Very disappointed in this Arc Mouse. Using Logitech mouse instead. Much more responsive that the Arc Mouse.

Unnatural feel, no back button. Not as flexible as it looks in the pictures.

Extremely awkward. No wheel for scrolling. Just uncomfortable.

After forgetting the USB dongle for my mouse one too many times to work in the office. I picked this one up since it connected directly via bluetooth. It connected quickly and easily. The only thing I miss is the actual scroll wheel in the middle. Although it does attempt to act like there is a scroll wheel, it's hit or miss & some programs don't recognize the "wheel".

Non-responsive. Had to return and exchange for different mouse.

Super jumpy, didn't like it at all. took it back!!

We actually returned this product. The software doesn’t recognize the mouse. Without it you can’t change the volume or calibration. This is a known problem by Microsoft and no fix.

I barely use it because of the odd size creating a not so easy carry along

I want sure about the curved design, but this missed is great! Bluetooth and easy to carry when I travel.

The bending of the mouse sometimes unwired connection to the laptop.

This is one of the best wireless mouse to own. The design is superb, its light in weight, very stylish and modern. Easy setup and smooth connectivity is a plus.

It only worked for me a couple of times. Then it did not reconnect with my laptop.

So I’ve never had a surface before now, and I find this mouse so neat! I love how it flattens to turn off and store! Love it!

Bought 2 months ago, abruptly stopped working and now past return period. Changed batteries, trouble shoot to no avail. Even prior, was losing Bluetooth constantly (had fresh batteries), shaky mouse tracking. Looks attractive, but performance is an "F".

This is the only mouse I'll ever use. All others (and I have tried many) gave me hand cramps and in one instance the beginning of carpal tunnel syndrome. Then I found the arc and have never looked back. Comfortable, smooth movement, and I can use it with either hand.

Stopped working one month after purchase. Poor design curve doesn't hold.

I use my surface every single day as a grad student and I have to say that the addition of the arch mouse is a game changer! It's design is made to fit very comfortable in your hand and it snaps to a flat position which makes it so easy to pack. I love that the area where you scroll and click on allows you to move your screen from side to side. Overall I recommend 100%

electronic garbage. dont buy it. Basically only working 10% of the time. The connection is fragile. Auto reconnection does not work at all. Pairng fails from time to time.
