Best Mouse out there! I love this mouse, the control of the wireless features, and it bends like a 90's style slap bracelet! You won't regret this purchase, it lays flat or is more ergonomic when needed.

Would have been five stars easily as there's no longer a dongle it's very smooth to operate but the paint comes off within a month from your fingers unlike all the previous generations. Still using it and works fine but there's a nice line in the middle from my thumb from scrolling up and down where the paint is completely faded. (Didn't get much worse even after the first month and had it quite a while now) oh yeah one other thing that I thought was important this one does not vibrate when you're scrolling up or down like all the other previous generations I was kind of disappointed by that but over time I got used to it. I still think for the price they want which I think was $70 I paid $49.99 that the paint shouldn't come off it should have the vibration motor and they should make skins for them if they're going to make the paint come off that easily so you can change it to whatever color you want and include one free. Also have the custom Chinese dragon version of the previous model that used a dongle and that still works flawlessly.

    Great Travel Mouse

Super portable mouse with a bluetooth connection and more battery stamina than is needed. the horizontal scroll is kinda trippy, but fun when you get used to it, especially in larger excel files. It has some difficulty on cloth mouse pad surfaces in my opinion and gets a little sticky if it's not a speed mat basically. This wasn't purchased to game with though, just to use when I am out of the house and would like the perceived convenience of a mouse over a touchpad. Other than that, works great on almost every other surface and has about the smallest form factor ever. The way you collapse it to turn it on and off is also great since I don't have to fumble with a tiny button somewhere and flip my mouse around. When I'm done, I just press down flat and toss it in my laptop bag. If you want a portable mouse for gaming... maybe get the viper mini or something, but this mouse is great for anything else. Definitely a worthwhile purchase as a travel mouse, especially if it's on sale.

The Microsoft Surface Arc Mouse is ergonomically designed to fit perfectly in your hand, providing comfort during extended use. Its arc shape supports continuous hours of usage, while the high-quality material offers a pleasant tactile experience. The color black looks extremely fancy.

    Bubble Formed on Bottom

I was excited for this mouse because of its minimalist style and the fact that it takes up very little space when traveling. However the first time I bent the mouse to turn it on the soft exterior lining buckled at the bottom. As someone who is experienced this before on different device I returned it immediately because the continuous motion would eventually cause the bubble formed on the first fold to tear. I bought a second one and the same thing occurred on the 3rd fold despite painstakingly trying to avoid doing so. Other than that the mouse worked as intended fast response time fast connection and very good battery as far as I can tell. However another downside being that the batteries aren't rechargeable inherently.

I was earlier using the old version of Mocrosoft arc type mouse but it had a lot of issues with Bluetooth connectivity. Microsoft has done better with this mouse and this perfectly complements my surface pro as well. But the price could have been a little more reasonable. And that is why the 4 stars.

I love having a mouse to use with my surface pro. The only knock on this product is that it doesn’t connect right away to bluetooth. I don’t know what the trick may be, but I generally have to restart my surface pro to get it to connect. Other than this, I love the mouse.

It's a different take on a mouse, that's for sure. It works fine but wish it had at least one customizable button because I really miss having a "back" button when using this. The touchpad-like controls are ok and the side-to-side to feature takes some practice. I can't use it as long as a full-size mouse as it puts my hand in a position that is not very comfortable. I can tell that long term use will cause wrist issues. So, ok for travel but will never permanently replace a full-size mouse. If it would not have been on sale, I would not have purchased it, and still wouldn't.

This is my second Arc Mouse, the first one went two years before the click switch gave out. I love the ability to scroll my screen horizontally and vertically without letting go of the mouse. The touch functions are smooth and consistent. The ability to turn it off by flattening it makes battery life very long, and it travels very easily. No cord, no USB dongle - just pair it and it works immediately.

A fantastic travel mouse, with a learning curve

The Microsoft Arc Mouse is an atypical mouse, in that it focuses on portability and design over conformity to traditional features we expect from a mouse. This means a glass trackpad-like surface instead of a scroll well, and a unique design that sees the mouse "arc" into your hand, then fold flat when you're done. In the end, it all comes together to make a very premium product that does exactly what it advertises, justifies its asking price, and slots away into the smallest of spaces when you need it too. You use gestures like two-finger scrolling, so you still get all the same functionality from your mouse, even if it takes some getting used to. The mouse is also smart. When folded flat, it's turned off. When arced, Bluetooth connected automatically and quickly, and you're ready to go. Overall, I highly recommend it. If you're not looking to spend so much, the normal Surface Mouse is still more portable than the average mouse and is more traditional at a significantly lower price.
