It's gorgeous, and I still like it a lot, but it is totally unresponsive (as is the keyboard) for maybe 3 seconds at a time every 5 minutes.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this mouse may work with surface devices however the specs says it not a requirement & the support issues are there without resolution. however if you're like me and desire a "touch" enable mouse (basically a touch pad on the top surface of a mouse like that of apple's great mouse), this is the best i've seen .. just have to live with reconnecting this thing every time you want to use it. it's a pain but i'm so used to using a mac so...
