Minimal carpal tunnel issues, just enough sensitivity, and better than my recent trackball purchase. It remains to be seen how it fares with reliability; however, Microsoft Mice have generally been robust in my usage.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this mouse may work with surface devices however the specs says it not a requirement & the support issues are there without resolution. however if you're like me and desire a "touch" enable mouse (basically a touch pad on the top surface of a mouse like that of apple's great mouse), this is the best i've seen .. just have to live with reconnecting this thing every time you want to use it. it's a pain but i'm so used to using a mac so...
