    I tried pairing it to my Surface Pro; even changed batteries, but the Bluetooth wasn't located. Next I brought it to Geek Squad support desk and they found the same conclusion. I had to return the item for a refund.

    The batteries that came with this exploded inside about a year later and now its useless. Total waste of money since I only got to use it a few times as it was for a back up computer

    Bought for my son, but use it from time to time. Feels weird to use due to its format. Does not seem anatomic enough. Also precision isn't great. Expected more from a Microsoft mouse.

    I bought this to go with pro. I don't feel comfortable with the curve. It does have good touch response. Easy to pair and uses AAA instead of AAAA (as in pen). I wouldn't recommend unless you have tried it and like the feel.

    Pretty comfortable but the mouse freezes up on the screen a lot while I'm working and I have to sometimes turn it off then back on to get it to work again.

    I like the pink color of the mouse. It is comfortable and pretty solid for being so flexible. It has a good texture and grip on it as well.

    Arc Mouse for surface pro

    $60 for the Arc mouse for my surface pro. Bring it home, install the batteries and nothing. Run out and buy new batteries, nothing again! Cant get it to come on to even begin paring it with my surface pro. $60 piece of garbage. Another trip back to the store with a few hours wasted. Think I'll just return it and get the cheaper one and see if it works. So much for a functional design, lol. Definitely don't waste your money buying the more expensive Arc mouse.

    Great mouse, but once you press either side of the buttons, you wont be able to press the next to it at the same time, making useless when you design.

    Well I wanted to love it - but it don’t - it’s ok , not the easiest to get use to - sometimes hard to pair - kinda neat how u fold it to turn it on and off but it just feels klunky

    This is a fine mouse to use if you're in a bind or travelling and all you have available. However I wouldn't recommend using it as a daily driver because: - Its laggy (bluetooth) - Its not accurate, so if you want to be at a specific part of a youtube video it's "lol hope this works!" - Its button surface is touch-sensitive so you may accidentally scroll when you don't want to - Overall it's just weird to try and grip it. Again, it's fine and I use it as a travel mouse but I use a more traditional kind of mouse when I'm at home.

    Works good. Sometimes it likes to disconnect and you have to disconnect and reconnect it..if it wasn’t for that I’d give 4-5 stars.

    tracking was awful but liked how you just move your finger up and down for scrolling. logitech mouse is more reliable even though it's not bluetooth and much cheaper

    Poppy Red stopped working

    I used the Black Microsoft-Arc Touch Mouse before I purchased this Poppy Red Surface mouse. Hands down, I liked the tracking of that one and it never stopped mousing for me. So when I needed to duct tape the battery slide and the bend area I decided to upgrade............... And....... I purchased thie Arc Mouse, Poppy Red in May 2021 and tonight it stopped mousing and could not bring it back. After much wasted time, I had to purchase a new mouse- so I went back to the reliable Black Arc with the duct tape.

    Cool aesthetics, but that’s all. Scrolling is very unresponsive and delayed. Would NOT recommend.

    My SP7 frequently won't recognize and connect to this mouse. Many times, only unpairing and repairing the mouse will allow it to be recognized.
