Glitchy and Not Worth the Moeny

It connects to my PC but glitches and jumps all around the screen. I connected with Microsoft and Dell to try to fix it, but no one could resolve the issue. Now I'm out of the return policy. Givving is 2 stars because it feels good in my hand and not like a cheap mouse. It is a shame it doesnt work.

Bestbuy matched the lowest price on line. U cant go wrong with pricmatch. Its a smooth and comfortable mouse to hold on to. Liked the coating and the color blends in with rose gold bag or onno kichu

Very nice design to store and carry, but..

I am split, if I need to return the product. I am a heavy user of the mouse and look for highly efficient hand-mouse movements. This has been painful and want to see if it is due to me moving from ‘a trackball mouse’.
