I bought the sage colored mouse first because I really liked the color. The side scrolling worked until I turned the mouse off and turned it back on. I tried disconnecting from my computer and reconnecting to see if that would help and it didn't. I exchanged it for the lilac color because that was all that was in stock and I didn't want to wait another week for shipping - the sideways scroll didn't work at all on that one at all :( Honestly, it may be for the good; the mouse is not ergonomic and is kind of small for the average adult hand. As often as I use my mouse this probably would have KILLED my hand. Overall, cute, good intentions I'm sure....but no.

We recommend installing the Mouse and Keyboard Center Software, since it allows you to adjust settings related to how you use your Surface Arc Mouse. To download Mouse and Keyboard Center, go here: https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/downloads/mouse-keyboard-center.
