Poppy Red stopped working

Hands down, I liked the tracking of that one and it never stopped mousing for me. So when I needed to duct tape the battery slide and the bend area I decided to upgrade............... And....... I purchased thie Arc Mouse, Poppy Red in May 2021 and tonight it stopped mousing and could not bring it back. After much wasted time, I had to purchase a new mouse- so I went back to the reliable Black Arc with the duct tape.

I have 2 of the arc wireless mouse, but didnt have Bluetooth on my laptop so couldn’t use it on my laptop. However I will by another wireless one.
