So I spend a lot of time in the back of an ambulance. I have tried other surface mice but they kept popping open the battery cover everytime it fell during a transport. The Arc mouse is very durable and that it closes flat when not in use let's me slide it in my shirt pocket.

I bought the Surface Arc Mouse because my finger tip was not as responsive. I found using a mouse was not only positioning my wrist and hand, but my posture improved. I’m no longer bent over or reaching to the screen to complete tasks.

Cons: Sometimes I detect a little bit of lagging in the movement, but very reactive with the clicking of the buttons. That could be a problem, specially when you are trying to accommodate different things in a Power Point presentation. Also, it is not too comfortable when trying to grab this Arc Mouse. Specially for a person with fat fingers like me.

I love the fact that you can flatten it to save the battery and arc it to turn it on. My only problem with this one (besides the heavy price), and it's a big one, is that you have to apply a lot of finger pressure when clicking. It creates finger fatigue and slows me down in my work because I cant click fast enough. Also, it makes an annoyingly loud clicking sound every time press either of the flat buttons. I can't use this mouse for longer than 30 min to an hour at a time due to the lack of ease of the buttons. Sucks because I like everything else about it. I'm beyond my window to return too. Double sucks.

Bought to replace 5 year old one that I wore out. Nice that its flat when off. Doesn't take up much roon in laptop sleeve. Haven't used for gaming.
