We purchased ours open box and couldn’t be happier! We will likely even upgrade within a year or two to support the newer line of products just because of how much we like this! The only feature this doesn’t include that we like on the MacBook is the one finger easy open design. This does require a little extra effort to open but doesn’t take away from the impact it has on the use we get out of it!

No complains. Sometimes we purchase something and realize all the cons afterwards i have none! At first i didn't like that theres no HDMA port but theres a usb cable you could buy that allows you to use a HDMA cable or it works by using bluetooth with the latest tv..
