Needed a new laptop. Went from a Vista operating system to Windows 10. Was a little nervous but this computer is so user friendly. Very fast loading. Love the ability to use multiple ways. Highly recommend.

I bought this a year ago for a college bound daughter. After a year, it still runs great, we've had no issues at all. It's got great memory so she can multitask, and there's plenty of storage.

I'm in love with my new computer. The only sincere problem is the keyboard lighting - it's nearly impossible to see the keys in daylight because the backlight of the letters is white.

Bought this as a gift for my mother in law and she cant stop raving about it. It does all of the photo/video editing in a flash and is light speeds faster than her previous apple air.

This PC is for those purchasers who do no gaming and limited video streaming. It is very slim and has an i5 CPU, 8 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD. Applications like Microsoft Office 365, Internet surfing, Adobe Acrobat, and photo editing work great. For other applications get an i7, 16 or 32 GB RAM, and a minimum 512 GB SSD.

This works great. Super fast. Easy screen disconnect. Only problem at all is that the screen doesn't last more then a half hour or so after being disconnected. But I can click it on backward too

I had a Surface Pro before and was happy to upgrade to a better keyboard and more substantial machine. Altho I haven't used it long, I'm pleased and look forward to what the future holds.

So great for multiple uses takes a little bit to get set up. the tablet only disconnects when its powered on. Great picture quality got it for photo editing works great!

This laptop is perfect for any college student. It has so many features and functions so I highly recommend searching for videos on how to get full use of these great features.

This is my first laptop purchase and I must say it the best choice that I made. It works great and feels great as well. The screen and view are amazing and easy to handle.

I bought this for my grandson, who is majoring in Graphic Design. He absolutely loves it. I don't have any specifics, but he says it does exactly what he needs it to do.

Was previously a Mac user and branched out. Really love this laptop - my only regret is that I didn't get one with more memory. Love the touchscreen and removable monitor/tablet option. For real estate, it's great for presentations. The Best Buy sales staff were incredibly helpful.

If you are looking for a 2in1 laptop you must go for it. Use it as a tablet or laptop it performers well. Microsoft should have updated the process to 10th generation.

We purchased this for our son....He has had nothing but good words for this laptop. It was unfortunate that his other one died but glad we replaced with Surface Book!

We have purchased several Surfaces for our field staff! They all like that they can use them like a tablet or like a computer! They have been very useful in our business!

I love the surface book, its a very nice machine. I only wish it had a fingerprint scanner in addition to the face scan to log in, but im totally cool with either.

Microsoft has done it again with this hybrid of a laptop fused with a detachable screen . The display is sharp n colorful the sound system is great. I’m happy with the overall design n functionality can’t wait for the upgraded version of the surface book...

I purchased this for work. Mostly satisfied with the product. Love the screen and the fact that the screen can be separated and used as a tablet. Have a little problem with the Bluetooth connection, but overall a good buy.
