Great 2-in-1 Laptop

My computer will no longer charge verified by multiple chargers. I went to best buy to confirm and get a replacement to which I was told that I would have to use my extended warranty even though my product still has the manufacture's warranty and that I would have to wait two weeks for a refurbished product. I called Microsoft and they'll be sending a NEW product in 7-10 business days. I also don't find Microsoft to be that user friendly as I use it a lot for school work but I've also never owned a Microsoft prior.
