I spent 25 years doing IT support and was fortunate enough to work on one of these for an end user before leaving IT. I was blown away the first time I touched one, Yes these are expensive but you get what you pay for. Outstanding laptop VERY snappy, I wait for nothing on it.

I have had this surface book for a month, and it has proformed exceptionally well. I have had no issues and only have great things to say about it. It is fast and the pen is very responsive. The detachable tablet is also a very nice touch. I would recommend this to everyone I know.

I purchased surface book recently. It is a little bit expensive(i know it is not an apple) but it has a very good battery life, and i don’t have any problems so far. Though it is little bit heavy, compared to the other laptops out there, it is very strong and easy to handle. The tablet mode is really cool. I wish they had given MS office for free atleast for this microsoft device. In the past, i have owned a few laptops (HP, Dell, Samsung, Sony Vaio) that ran on windows OS. All of them, were good until 1+ years (little longer than warranty period) and then started having problems each of its own, and on top of that, all of them had one common problem i.e battery life. Every time it used to be very hard for me to reach out he customer care and talk to them, argue with them and ship them and all of that. It was such a pain. I’m glad now i don’t have to do that any more. If my surface book has any problems, i can simply take it to microsoft store and resolve the issue just like my apple devices. I don’t mind paying little extra, for that kinda service.

I returned the mac air that I bought back for this. So far, no regrets. The screen is beautiful, the processor runs great, it doesn't get hot and the pen is awesome for writing. Just needs some good cases to go around it but so far it has handled all the software I needed.

I bought this laptop for taking classes and it's doing everything I need. It's lightweight, easy to use, easy to organize. it has Windows 10, so I need to take a few sessions with Geek Squad to really be able to use it to its fullest potential. But I love this laptop and highly recommend it.

After a lot of research I decided to buy this hybrid. The surface book really shines with win 10. Love the windows yellow feature and the pen. Battery life is respectable 8+ hrs of full work day. I use it primarily for work so I do not need very high resolution but the display is also very crisp.

I bought this for my wife who loves the ability to sometimes detach it from the keyboard and use just the touch screen. It was extremely easy to set up for her use. She is going to pass on her beloved iPad to a grandchild only use the Surface Book in the future.

Love the design and the speed. Had the computer for a month and wifi reception started cycling on and off. Microsoft replaced. Went through Microsoft diagnostics and reloaded windows with no luck. Computer wifi worked at Microsoft store. Received replacement computer 5 days later and works great.

This is a perfect computer for one who travels a lot.

I shopped around and played with several laptops. I knew I wanted a 2-in-1 and honestly you can’t go wrong with Microsoft! It’s easy to use and a lot of fun. Very light weight and compact. Perfect for school, work and play. Highly recommended.
