Amazing. I'm glad I didn't decide to buy a cheaper alternative this time. What a beautiful machine this is. I went with the base model because the price jump to the next model, with a 256gb ssd, didn't make any sense to me. There are cheaper alternatives for extra storage. Absolutely love the pen. I use it to take notes and it really does feel like you're using a real pen/pencil.

This is a great computer. I like the fact that you can use it as a tablet. It is fairly easy to setup, it is very sturdy, and has a lot of features.

This is very portable but WiFi sucked. It barely performed when compared to my phone and other laptop. Ended up returning it.

Best Buy made experience easy and they were very responsive when I had a minor issue

At first I had a problem with it rebooting and freezing a lot but then I checked the setting and found out that it was set by default to reboot outside active hours. After I turned that off it stopped rebooting and freezing. Also, without the keyboard the battery does not last too long but it's a lot better with the keyboard. Overall I like it because it keeps all my class note organized instead of having a bunch of notebook.

I needed something to replace my old heavy laptop that was just a pain to carry from class to class. After owning this for several months it has been a fantastic buy that I have not regretted what-so-ever at all. I have not experienced a single issue with the laptop as I approach almost a year of use.

The fast setup guide, which included the necessity to download and install updates, provided an easy to understand step by step process that a beginner can use. The wireless internet connection and wireless printer connection were flawless. This machine is quick, bright, and thorough.

I bought this computer for my daughter to take to college with her. She just loves it! It has enough memory to meet all of her needs and has an excellent battery life. I also feel safe knowing she has the best buy "no worries" program incase of a problem or viral attack. I am sure this computer is going to be able to meet all of her school demands for the next 4 years.

I did a lot of comparison research between the Surface 4, Surface Book, and other products, and the Surface Book fits my needs best. Works better than expected as a tablet.

I always wanted the luxury of having a traditional laptop, but also a laptop. I spent a lot of time debating over which I should get (surface pro 4 vs. surface book) and contrary to what most have been saying, I actually like the surface book much better. And you don't have to pay for the extra keyboard cover. Threw on a DBrand Skin on it and it look amazing.

Love the lighted keyboard, battery length and the front and back camera.
