The ease and versatility in using this light weight lap top is incredible.To use it as a tablet if I choose is easily done and so convenient. Kudos!!

I am a student and was looking for a computer that would be professional yet, at the same time serve useful when it was time to leisure. This computer/tablet has not let me down. The battery live amazing, I love the pen aspect, and I can not get enough of the detachable screen.It is a bit heavy compared to other ones but the screen is big and its honestly worth it.

I haven’t even used all the this computer can do but i am very happy so far. I love I can take the screen off and use it as a tablet.

I really enjoy using the Microsoft Surface Book lap top so far. The processor is fast and the images are real sharp on the screen. I really like how the screen detaches and can be flipped around or just used as a tablet. Only problem I am having as the touch screen is not working real well when in tablet mode and it needs to be resolved. With price for this laptop it should not be having issues.

The aesthetics of its design is where I'll start first. Flat, smooth dimensional lines, ease keyboard, the color and material. It's very modern and the camera quality is amazing!!! It's super fast and compatible with many other devices such as Bluetooth headphones. Functions Quietly, doesn't overheat, windows 10 makes it even better, and she can fit anywhere!

Very impressed with the overall performance and color of display. I find myself doing more with this computer then I ever expected!

I love the surface computers they are very versatile and powerful.

So I barely entered college at UIUC and I love using my laptop for engineering projects. I get compliments everywhere I go because I usually switch from using it as a laptop to a tablet since its so much easier to draw in that way with the stylus. also taking notes is also amazing.

This is being used in a medical office. The provider using it is very satisfied. It is a good weight to carry from room to room. We had one small issue with a hidden command that would cause the laptop to go into sleep mode even though we'd checked and reset what we thought was available to us. Our IT specialist was able to easily resolve it.

Daughter had the surface pro, time for an upgrade and she asked for the surface book. Likes the hard keyboard. Loves the book.

I absolutely love having this lap top! I can detach the screen and use it as a tablet which works wonders for my line of work.

This was the best purchase I have ever made! I was really worried about spending the money on it but it is 100% worth it! It's lightweight which is perfect for on campus! I use it for everything ... it's perfect for any class even math because you can use the pen and take all your notes in tablet mode. I recommend this to any college student!

Really cool concept. In reality though, the hinge was annoying. Seemed slow as well (used to a MacBook). I returned it.

I purchased this for my daughter to use while pursuing her visual communications degree. So far it is performing as expected.

This is a great hybrid laptop/tablet. The resolution is very good, the size of the screen is just right (not too big, not too small) for a laptop and a tablet device. I almost bought the Surface Pro, however, I wanted something with a larger screen and that had an actual solid keyboard. The Surface Book fit the bill!

The Surface Book provides excellent performance with a detachable tablet that is light and strong. The back-lit keyboard is great for use in low light conditions and the key touch works great for fast typing. The screen resolution is excellent for watching videos or HD movies. The Surface Book would have earned 5 stars had not the cost for extra storage been way to much.
