We'd bought a cheaper PC, but were frustrated with its performance. Returned it for the Surface Book. Great PC. Solid performance. Great style. No bloatware.

SSD boots almost instantly - biggest stress is getting used to Windows 10., but touch screen with stylus works great. Got a great deal from Best Buy through their student purchase program.

I wanted the lesser version but received this as a gift from my husband. This is by far worth more than what he paid! It was extremely easy to learn how to use.

Using this as our work desktop. It has everything we need and in a perfect light weight form to unplug and take with me when I have to work out of office. Perfect.

This is a great machine to use for personal and business. Microsoft did a nice job. The surface book run very fast. I haven't noticed any lag time using it.

It took me awhile to get use to is after using a Mac for a number of years but I really like it and works great

I'm used to Macs but set this one up for my girlfriend...pretty quick, nice to look at, Windows 10 kind of cool. Most annoying thing about it is the trackpad click is very loud.

I love the ease of use with the Surface Book 2-in-1. It transitions from a laptop to a tablet seamlessly and makes transitioning from work to play just as easy.

Bought this for my son for college. He really likes it. Love writing on the screen if needed. Great features and it works well fitting his needs at school.

The Surface Book Pro is hands down the best laptop i have ever used. power, versatility and convertible to a tablet with one click. Strongly recommend this.

Extremely sensitive to touch. Will find yourself off the screen or line you thought you were on after you've been typing for some time without looking up at the screen. Was told by a friend that I can adjust the sensitivity so I guess I'll have to work on doing that. Don't purchase Kaspersky virus protection if you're not used to it. Much more complicated to set up than Norton or others. Was told by my "computer man" that the Microsoft Edge 10 is all the protection I need. I did install Malware protection in addition to the Kaspersky one I purchased through Best Buy. After a year I'll drop that one. and just keep the Malware one.

It is light and very flexible for use. You can write on it, fold it, detach the screen from the keyboard... it is fast enough for what I want to do.

i love my surface book. It is easy to use and perfect for taking notes in crass. The feature of the pen }s very beneficial! All in all, I am really glad I bought this surface book.

My surface is very cool. I haven't had much problems with it or at all really. Its fast, does what I need to and efficient. I can even play some games on it!

I am really impressed with the machine. Once all the updates are in it runs well. I am really likely to buy another one for my next laptop replacement

I'm not very technologically inclined and my daughter has been helping me to navigate things. But, I absolutely love this computer & would recommend it!

I purchased this to use for business purposes. It's a powerhouse and is really fast. Can't wait to play around with all the features and functionality

Fancy looking device but the wow factor of the hinge and pop off tablet soon become tired. it is a lot heavier than I expected. Stock windows is good; no bloatware. Windows Hello is awesome. Screen is sharp but text is scaled because of the high res screen and appears odd on some websites and system dialogs. Best Buy has a great deal going so worth looking into if you want a back to school windows laptop/tablet. Charger is finicky and backlit silver keys during daytime are weird. System is top heavy.
