This works well as I am a college student who likes to have the key board, but it's nice to have the tablet for too.

Great lap top, the extra advantage of touch screen functionality is handy. Takes some getting used to as a tablet if your use to an I-pad.

From startup, to navigating through windows through work, this laptop is very easy to use and operates great.

I have been with apple for about 15 years, however the software I need in my office is not compatible. Had to look at buying a high priced great apple laptop that I would have to put windows on or convert myself.The computer rivals that of my macs. Although it took a bit of time to learn a new OS the computer worked great. My only complaint is that the tablet battery life is shorter than I need and I haven't found a charger for just the top half. A simple docking station would make this computer one of my best purchases.

Great buy for a nerd - lots of memory, big screen, affordable, and sleek. Make to sure get an extended warranty for any technical help.

Had been wanting a surface pro 3 for a long time but just kept putting it off. Went in to look at them one weekend and the salesman showed me the surface book which was really cheaper than the new surface pro by the time I bought the surface pro and the accessories. He showed me some of the things it could do. For the price it just made sense to get the surface book. Still learning new things about it each time I get on it. Thanks best buy for suggesting it to me!

I got this computer for my daughter. It should be a great help in college.

Purchasing was made easy because of Buddy, the sales representative. We were originally going to purchase a lower priced Surface until Buddy gave us, my son a complete breakdown about the differences from version to version. Buddy also recommended a class on the Surface Book 2-in-1 that would be taught at our Best Buy Store in the upcoming weeks ahead. In this case, it was the Buddy the Salesman who made our shopping experience a great one!!!
