Great screen, beautiful color. Love the face recognition so easy to use and one of the best features ti how quick it turns on and off. The only problem was with some Microsoft updates causing some issues but the Geek Squad quickly fixed it. Overall a terrific laptop was going to get an Apple Mac Book Pro but their design is dated and the Surface Book is more the future with 2 in 1 laptops.

I have a home sound system with a component rack for all the equipment. The system was installed about 6 years ago and I needed to get it updated. The sales staff came out to look at the existing system, recommended an upgrade at different price points. Then a crew of 3 installers came out and upgraded the system and completely tested everything. What a difference and what customer support.

Customer service was excellent. Friendly staff and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about the computer and low pressure to buy a particular computer. I had a good experience and have shopped at Best Buy's prior to this purchase. I will most likely return for other products I'm interested in. I also wanted to add that Beat buys 24 months interest free makes it very affordable to but whatever you need.

Surface is a good size for traveling, light weight and stylus easy to use.

I wanted to replace my out dated laptop and looking at so many brand laptops and tablets (including Apple) I finally decided that the Surface Book was perfect for me. I have been very happy with the ease of use and superb operating speed. The keyboard is perfect for everyday use without hunting for keys or having cramped keyboard. I high recommend the Surface Book for any of your computing needs.
