By far one of the best machines I have ever used and I regret not buying the i7 processor I know this computer/tablet will be with me for a few years to come. Love it and recommend it.

Too many graphics that Windows wants to put to make the surface look good add up and requires constant updates, thus making the laptop glitch, freeze up, or causes other problems. I've never had a computer that updates more than 3 in a month. I've had the laptop for about 2 months now and honestly buying a MacBook seems to me much more convient because it's around the same price and you don't have to deal with all the glitching and updating every two days. But overall a piece of art never to be used by someone who doesn't like set backs on their school work or important job documents

I purchased this Pro Book as a pastor needing something to write my sermons, but also to use for teaching. It's beautiful look really helps with the platform decor too! I felt it was a great buy.

1. It is a good 2 in 1 laptop/tablet 2. Detaches really well and can be held in hand for taking notes in tablet 3. Do check the stylus as I ad to exchange it due to stuck battery and overheating.

Great laptop but need to purchase Microsoft office activation code. Since the tablet part is detachable it doesn't push back past a certain point when attached, which can be annoying at times.

The charger wasn't in the side and ran out of battery pretty quickly so I changed it to a Surface 4. It's a beautiful keyboard. But doesn't suit the purposes I need it for. This might not be true for others.

I bought 2 Surface Books in a few weeks time. The book is awesome. The ability to work as a tablet works really well for me. Would recommend highly, for work or personal use.

With coaching from a friend, who was very happy with his Surface Pro, and finding this item on sale, I was excited. First, though it said it was paired with the bluetooth mouse, the mouse didn't always work. Then I had troubles with it freezing up, though brand new. Then I found online that i wasn't alone, and Consumer Reports had stopped reccomending it, sighting the freezing problem & that Microsoft was relatively new on the hardware scene. I returned it for another brand, though I expect in the future that they will get their act together.

I gave this computer a rating! If your a college student looking for a computer that's light weight and has all the gear you need for school, then this is the computer for you.

Highly adaptable laptop/tablet combination for multiple configurations which allow different ways to work with the machine. Gives the advantage of a true 2-in-1 device.

The keypad feels even better than my stand-alone desktop keyboard. The monitor is very clear and bright. It is a bit heavy, but very stable when typing. I am very pleased.

I like that there are mini videos to help teach me how to use its features. It has USB ports, but no CD slot. Overall very happy with the product.

This purchase was a great decision My daughter actually had strangers come up to her just to see it She loves all the features especially the highlighting and nitriding

I love the drawing ability especially since the pen. But the i5 and 128gb for the amount I rather just have a laptop and waccom tablet instead.

Our whole family converted to macs 10 years ago. Thought we'd never go back to a PC. The surface us the best of everything. So user friendly and so many cool features.

I travel a lot so the surface Pro has been perfect for that since it is so small and thin. It is user friendly, which is great since I am not very computer illiterate.

Well satisfied with this laptop. Fast, great graphics love the touch screen. This is an upgrade from a Surface Pro 3 really like the additional screen size.

Use both as a tablet or laptop. The Surface book does not overheat after 7 - 9 hours of usage. Microsoft needs to provide Outlook mail client as inclusive software.
