Best laptop after many laptop purchases. Needed smaller pen or location to mount it . If lost cannot use the feature. Excellent to use as an touch pad.

Nothing worked on my Surface Pro, was told that I could've bought a "bad one" but the camera wouldn't work, the email had issues, was super slow...my dell laptop I owned 10 years was more revolutionary than this thing. Although it was made of a "more durable" metal-I didn't like the design, the bracket to hold the tablet it seemed archaic and hard to click in out which is not very convenient. In addition to the odd way the bracket stuck out and doesn't pivot all the way around or back, has a limited range of motion making it awkward to store and I also feared the bracket would hit or grab or crack easily. I bought this as a recommendation from the sales person, because he loved it. He said that he had a MacBook Pro and this as well as an Asus and thought it was the best of the bunch. As a person that has had many PCs and Macs I am fluent in technology and thought the operating system, design functionality and user experience all were failing in my opinion. Although I was given plenty of time to "try it" I gave it the most chance with 5 days of use, and couldn't take it anymore, returning and getting the comparable Price of the MacBook Pro and it blazes, operates and Works!!!

Laptop is great! The camera is good. I did have to buy a mouse since the touchpad is hard to use. Love that it turns into a tablet

The size and usability of the Surface is great! Allows me access to all documents on my cloud devices and updates. Good speed, detach and tablet mode are great.

It was ready to use after being set up by the geek squad. Syncing it with other devices was handled flawlessly via the internet and phone too.

This may be more expensive than the surface but it is worth it. The keyboard and case just feels more premium and the performance is top notch.

I really love the surface book. I own the surface pro 3 and 4. This seems like the laptop equivalent product. This is the windows laptop to own.

Very cool device, had the base model with the i5 and 128GB storage. Doesn't flip like a regular 2-in-1 but you detach the tablet/screen and connect the keyboard "backwards" and can have the keyboard remain connected while it acts as a tablet. Too expensive for what it does though, I'd almost prefer a Yoga or some other device.

I had been debating on a Mac or Surface. After researching both, Surface Pro won. It is user friendly and is compatible to everything I needed.

I am absolutely satisfied with my new Surface Pro Laptop. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to have the best of both worlds Laptop and Tablet.
