    This laptop is really for people that love to draw, create, design, etc. it’s amazing i LOVED it & to be honest i still do but after 4 months of use the laptop one day would not charge at all I assume it was the charger. I’v done my research & it’s known for charger problems; but when i took it to geek squad the charger came out not the problem but the laptop itself. Although Microsoft allows a 1year warranty, so i called and sent out for replacement or repair. I got an email from the same agent that handles your request stating “we have shipped your replacement service device, test and confirm everythings fine” then I’ve Waited about 10 to receive my very own laptop. They took so long just to send me back my dead laptop. DUE TO THE FACT that i had 1 tiny little crack on my screen. I don’t understand why they SIMPLY couldn’t just fix the battery issue. Wasn’t asking for a fixed screen or a new laptop JUST FIX THE TECHNICAL PROBLEM!!!!!!!!
