Been nothing but impressed with this Surface Book.

I purchased for my sales manager and I have one as well. really convenient for travel and just right for desk top use when needed. It can be a bit glitchy and I've had to hard restart mine at times but very happy with the design and ease of use.

I have been a Mac user for years. I had planned to buy an iPad Pro, or new Macbook, but when I saw the features and quality of the Surface, I changed my mind. I like the Surface, but getting used to using a PC again will take some time.

Got to tell you, very thrilled at the beginning but got a virus within four weeks and needed to go to the store for Geek Squad. Then 2 1/2 weeks later had to do it again despite the fact of buying the security systems they recommended.

Very good computer, easy to use but the one I got had a few issues. Bottom portion of the screen was not responding in terms of touchscreen. It would heat up after two hours use.

Bad design. When using touch screen, screen moves too much. Double tapping items to view doesn't always work with screen movement. Moving hand in front of screen to type sometimes jumps to pages you didn't advance too. Unlike other laptops, surface 3, non of the windows products come with this book. There are free temporary services then you have to pay for monthly subscriptions. I wouldn't have purchased this book if i had more time to research or test. I was in a hurry and associate recommended. The associate may it appear as if it was close to surface 3 which i owned with some improvements. Windows 10 sucks

The first one I purchased had a hardware issue that couldn't be fixed so I returned it within a short time. I was given an exact replacement. So far so good with the second unit. It has been a few days.

I love this convenient laptop, but I have had it for about a month & it has started to freeze up. Following microsofts advice, it has responded again but definitely sad that it is giving me problems so soon

It's taken me awhile to get up to speed with it and there are still many features that I have not even visited. I guess I wish there were a better tutorial. I'm impressed with it but feel a little inadequate.

I was unable to return the computer without losing money for the programs I purchased and installed on the computer. Microsoft surface

I must say that this laptops specs and features are awesome. I went to the store and a Windows rep had me sold with this laptop. Unfortunately, just having it for 15 days which is Best Buys policy to return, the computer started to glitch on me. Literally on the 15th day it just froze and I couldn't get access into the computer with all my files and applications that I downloaded. That was just the icing to the cake and that is why I decided to return it. I am not sure if I would recommend this product.

Screen detaches on its own. The WIFI card is just bad our other devices blow this laptop out of the water i have now ideal why they would have installed such a poor wifi card. The white key board letters are hard to see in day light. I thought i was getting a top of the line they missed the mark. Do not buy this if you like to stream video you will have it if you are not in the same room as your router. Our other devices dont have poor wifi speeds .

I bought this laptop and gave my brand new Macbook Pro to my wife to test this out. After 2 months of buying this computer the mousepad stopped working. The device was barely used so i thought it was a software issue. After trying everything nothing worked i just plugged a mouse. I realized that i spent over $1,400 for this machine so decided to call customer service since it was still under warranty. After getting the polite customer service runaround the device was on its way to Microsoft Surface. I even paid extra $10 for shipping i get the laptop back with a vanilla response saying the they uncovered damage on my laptop. There was nothing specifying what is wrong with this machine just listed several reasons that it could be. I called again to understand after further review that there was issue with the volume button. I called again to escalate and it was again more of the same. I even sent pics that there was no damage anywhere on the device and the specific volume button that worked fine. I probably have decided to give up at this point on trying to solve this problem and deal with Microsoft. All you need to do is do a Google search on their mousepad problems and you will see hundreds of blog posts and issues highlighting this problem. Also, the battery on this device is horrible compared to any of the other laptops that i carry with me. Definitely its the last Microsoft hardware i ever buy.
