I bought this for my son and he loves it. I haven't used it so I cannot be more specific about what he likes and any critique he might have.

This product is a very powerful tool that will allow you work from anywhere! I little heavy to carry around but nice size on which to work.

This is a replacement for a previously purchased version of the same product. We are not experience the same issues with this model.

Very portable, good battery life, sizable screen. The docking and undocking feature is cool but also could be a little smoother.

Knew she needed a new system, she already had a Mac. Saw the commercials and thought she could do some neat things with this.

I wasn't going to give up on this so easy. I had purchased one of these (the $1899.99 model# on day one and had the muscle wire hinge fail on one side. Return that unit to Best Buy and had to wait until stock was back. Went to Microsoft Store and found the i7 version #$2099.99# and thought I'd give that one a try. It was plagued with a few build problems I couldn't live with on a $2200 laptop so back that one went too. Went to Best Buy yesterday and they actually had the bad boy model in stock #$2699.99) so I pulled the trigger on it. So far everything is working great. No build issues, the bugs seem to be getting squashed and no hardware issues. This is definitely the laptop Ive been waiting for. A gaming machine that's a tablet to boot. 16GBs of RAM makes this thing fly. I know, because of the other models I briefly had to compare this to. This product really has no competition at all. I can't name another 512GB SSD /16GB RAM / i7 tablet and that's exactly what you get packed in this. Yes, its pricy, but no more so than my MacBook Pro was. Plus you get a pen! My first impression was favorable but I suggested everyone wait until the bugs are squashed. Microsoft is doing a bang-up job getting these updates out and as long as I don't have any hardware issues, I think I've found my new workhorse!

my husband purchased one... I used his while on a trip. Stopped on the way home from the airport and bought for myself.

Excellent product only negative is that screen protectors for it at not available for purchase in the store.

Bought this for my daughter to use at college. So far she is very pleased with the performance of the laptop.

Overall is good. The only thing is the weight. Plenty of functions.

I bought that a month ago and it turned out tobe a fabulous laptop. I really loved its features.

The laptop, purchased about a month ago, it is slow to boot up or restart. Took the laptop to Best Buy and I was told that because I did not purchased an extended service they could not help me without paying to troubleshoot the problem. Very disappointed on how I was treated.

Loved the product. I was able to make the purchase easily and the staff did well to educate me.
