After 2 weeks I was carrying it and it just cracked (due to the hinge if you grab it from the front the screen will crack). 6 month’s later the battery just stopped working. Wish I had gotten an apple instead. Best Buy will not back up the product and neither will Microsoft. Just left out in the cold.

At nearly $1800 after taxes, this laptop does not come with Windows 10 Pro - you’ll have to spend another $99 for that. Overall the reliability of these devices has been below average- I’ve bought over 30 for businesses and the failure rate has run nearly 25%.
