Worst laptop I have ever owned

The problem is the screen/tablet constantly will think it has disconnected itself from the keyboard, even if you are not touching it. Sometimes it will notify you it has detached and re-attached itself 4 or 5 times in a row without even touching it. Worse is it will think it has been detached when you're typing, and you can't type anymore. I have issues with turning it on, and I can't type in my pin because it thinks it's detached even though it's connected. I spend more time trying to convince the tablet 1/2 that is indeed connected to the keyboard than I do using it. This wastes a huge amount of time. I wish I had never bought this product.

Bad customer service.

I love surface devices and this is my third device. THE ONLY MISTAKE I MADE WAS I BOUGHT IT FROM BEST BUY AND MY DEVICE DID NOT EVEN HAVE FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. THE DEVICE IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE A FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY BUT IT ONLY HAD 6-7 MONTHS OF WARRANTY. BEST BUY HAS DONE NOTHING TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE. THE TOLD ME TO TALK TO MICROSOFT AND MICROSOFT TOLD ME TO TALK TO BEST BUY AND WITH BEST BUY I HAVE BEEN WASTING MY TIME WITH LONG WAIT TIMES AND TO NO AVAIL. DON'T THINK I WILL BE PURCAHSING LAPTOPS FROM BEST BUY AGAIN! PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst laptop ever

The battery stopped working totally on me within 8 months, luckily within the warranty period so I received a total new device. However, the keyboard stopped working after approximately 20 months and is not repairable. This laptoop cost me USD 1600+. Really terrible service from Microsoft who want to sell me a replacement keyboard for USD 600 + taxes. For this amount money I most definitely advise to bring your money to a trusted laptop maker. Microsoft is not only not into the game of harware maker, it is not even not even up to par.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Already having issues out of the box Extremely disappointed with the Microsoft Surface Book 3 “15” in 32 GB and 2TB. During the settings, the device keep on crashing and showed the blue screen error over 15 times. I had to restart the device so many times that it was getting ridiculous and pretty pathetic. Overall, I decided to return and get a refund. For this device that I paid over $3,110.24 to start having problems right out of the box.

It was sitting on my desk without being touched. there are way to many issues for a machine as pricey as this one. it could maybe receive more stars if the Microsoft customer service would answer there phone more and fix the issue of randomly cracking screens. also there are major heating issues with this

Product updates crash accessories
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this with a pen. The pen stops working after 10-15 minutes of using it. The only fix is restarting the computer or unpairing/pairing the pen. The pen has new batteries, is not program specific (happens with Onenote, CAD programs and browser). I also have 2 pens with fresh batteries and neither pen work on this.
