Good value, easy to use, worth the money. I would definitely recommend.

I've been contemplating one of these since they came out, but the problem is that the cost is excessive compared to other things like the HP's I've had. I was going to drop to 25% of my current SSD size to get this, but I worked things out so that I could fit what I needed on here and put the rest on a USB drive. The keyboard is great, nice travel, nice tactile feeling, easy to use for a touch typist. The heat level on this was minimal, so it never got hot on the lap. Loved the detachable screen, but where I used to use my old Surface Pro or even my 2016 HP Spectre with some touch games like taptiles without issues, this brand new system with supposedly better graphics just didn't run it well at all. Glitchy, jumpy. I never could get this, in screen only form, to work as well as even a 4 year old touch screens did with simple graphic games. So while it worked well as a laptop, I wasn't pleased with it as a tablet and returned it.

Performance well for work and media. Easy to take around.

Just what my daughter needs for graduate school. It is very versatile, and meets all the requirements for a student. The ability to use this as a tablet and the pen option for taking notes is an awesome feature. It is light weight and easily fits in a backpack to go to and from school. We would recommend this to anyone who needs a new laptop.

Battery failed two years in, thermal event that cooked the drive. Small form factor makes it more expensive, you can get a better device for same price or a co.parble device for much cheaper.

I love this little beastie! It's great for working on everything from taxes to art design. As usual, Windows drives me a little crazy, but Geek Squad helps with that. The screen is beautiful, great resolution and good touch sensitivity. I like pulling the tablet off, especially in my studio.

The associate was awesome. Not only did he provide good customer service he also provided education so I could continue the learning process with my daughter who owns the computer.. All the associates in the store should have the same respect for customers. I did encounter someone who could use additional training

I replaced an old computer with this Surface Book 3 and love how fast it is. I am still learning things about it and think that since I can detach the screen from the keyboard, it eliminates the need for a tablet. I would highly recommend this laptop.

This laptop is the best I’ve ever used! It’s great for college assignments or work projects. The delectable screen allows for You to use as a tablet. I bought the pen and mouse (absolutely awesome). I have been able to open up to 4 tabs at one tome on the screen in order to write a paper.

Wounderful upgrade from the old unit we had. Very fast boot up. The separate tablet option is great. The only, very minor issue, the color of the keyboard. In direct and indirect sunlight, the letters are difficult to see.
