    Nice computer but it froze up and wouldn’t work at all after using it about 4-5 times.. had to pay to have a new computer fixed..

    I’m giving it 2 stars because the hinge had a crackling sound. When I researched online, there were other returns because of this concern. I don’t know if that is part of the hinge mechanism or just a manufacturing defect in some of the laptops. I did not want to take the risk, since the hinge is the spine of this laptop. Other than that, it’s very good.
