Terrible purchase

Since this is a Microsoft product Best Buy has to ship it to them to fix something as basic as a cracked screen. As of now it’s been over 3 weeks and Best Buy has no idea of even finding out when my lap top will be back. This is honestly just sad I bought this laptop out of necessity not desire and I likely won’t see it again for weeks. Morale of the story: don’t buy from Microsoft and don’t buy from Best Buy.
