Came to Best Buy to pick up an Apple, and got convinced to buy this machine by the salesman. Where do I begin. Firstly, it is incredibly expensive, but has lots of drawbacks. The sound is terrible. I can barely hear conference calls even when I raise the volume to the maximum. Secondly, the cooling fan makes so much noise it sounds like a plane is about to take off. Thirdly, when I open the machine it takes forever to startup, and until then, the icons flash on and off as if it is about to explode. I could go on, but Microsoft needs to fire whoever led the team that developed this machine. My 7 year old Lenovo Laptop is much better than this.
