It works with surface pro 6. but it stay old version. with new surface, it need to add new option on docking system like USB-C. still works good with 2 additional monitor, network and both keyboard and mouse to use as desktop.

I use this device with my mobile tech bag and it has proven it net worth. The ability to add multiple monitors and attach various devices can only be described as “WONDERFUL “.

This is a great product. Works seamlessly. Allows me to run a web based PACS with an HDMI monitor and the surface pro as a main work screen.

Sure, it sort of works, but don't expect to be able to run 2 4 k monitors with it. You should be able to but it can't. You must run one to your computer display port and one to this doc, and then you must reset your screen preferences every time, and then you must fight with it every day to make it work. Oh, you went to lunch?? Sorry, you must start over. Pass on the dock... unless you already own a surface and are stuck with buying their proprietary products. Then buy the dock and suffer. Or buy a different computer... preferable not windows...

I like the relatively compact size and extra USB ports. Makes docking pretty easy. This is a replacement of one that lasted 4 years before the display port stopped working.

This works well with my keyboard, mouse, network, and 27" screen. Just plug in my surface Pro and I'm ready to work...Network is much faster through the docking station. Works great!

I purchased this dock to connect an LG widescreen IPS monitor to a 13" surface pro. This connector refused to acknowledge my monitor. When I connect the monitor directly to the surface, the monitor works. I returned this useless dock.

The surface dock allows me to connect my keyboard, mouse, monitor and speaker. This has turned my surface pro into a wonderful office desktop in no time. Buy one.

Got on sale. Use it every day and haven’t had any problems. I connect to 2 displays and use as primary charger. Use with mouse and keyboard as well.

It only worked for a few months and then gave out completely. I had to buy a new system again because there are not a lot of alternatives for multi screen configurations when it comes to surface tablets. Very dissatisfied with the amount of time this dock functioned. This is the first review I have ever written on anything but I feel it is worth writing because once you spend all the money on the cables you need for multiple monitors specifically for the surface laptop and then have to buy this more than once it really adds up specially on a student budget.

This has been a game change for me in my home office. Now I can use 2 screens or just 1 large screen as needed when working from home. No set up - just plug in and go!

It wasn't cheap, but the surface dock is essential when needing to plug in quickly to a desktop space. Works great and no issues.

Purchased after a cancelled business trip to set up the Surface Book 2 laptop as an outstanding dual 27" monitor environment with external keyboard and mouse.

Awesome. Works fantastic. The added feature of the docking station for the surface pro is awesome. Buy you HDMI connector with it and you save money on checkout.

If Best Buy carried the snap-in model for the Surface Pro3 I would have bought that in a heartbeat. This one is over priced and I am having multiple issues with it. Have been back to Best Buy 2x for issues related to its performance.

the only way to add port or devices to the surge its a toggle not like the old 3/4 dock that you placed the surface into..wisdh it had as usb c on iy the you could just over docks

I try to stay away from Microsoft Computers but when I needed one for class for a program that could only be ran on it's platform. This was an easy and powerful add on for the Surface.

I had a pro 3 with a Dock designed for it, It could not be used with Pro 7. This Dock is heavy so it stays put on my desk and up to date for the Pro 7

Purchased My Surface Pro From Dell And Got Their Branded Surface Dock. I Was Disappointed In The Functionality. This Dock Works Perfectly With No Glitches Or Errors.
