It took me a adjusting the screen resolution a few times between the monitors to get it working right. Be advised you will need to make sure your resolutions match otherwise the two screen functionality you get is garbage. I have been using this with my surface book and a word of caution... I do not usually bump or move my surfacebook when I am using it with this dock BUT if you do happen to bump it beware, you will have to disconnect it entirely and I actually had to restart my surface book. The only reason I'm giving this 3 star is because I am able to use it for the minimum purpose I need it for and I was able to get it working on my own. If you are not tech savy avoid this dock! With all the quirks and adjustments it takes to make this functional I'd say it's more of a 1 star.
