Always flickering on and off. Sometimes won't detect the display at all even though it worked the day or hour before. Terrible product and way too expensive to have that many problems.

Ok but USB components stop working

The monitors blinked back and forth and were intermitten. I would work with one monitor. I tried to reduce to UHD and that worked sometimes. Maybe I had a bad one.

Not worth it

Apparently the docking station uses a different mini display port than the actual Surface Book. Not all cables will work and the external monitor use is sporadic.
