    Connections not the greatest. Not as durable S I thought. Does the job but there are a lot more inexpensive ones that do the same thing and even better

    Yeah, so I've owned three Surface devices and two different Surface docks. Both docks have not worked at ALL with my Surface devices. Completely useless!

    Better than original charger

    The surface pro charger that comes with the computer is very flimsy. I used to buy one every 6 months. This one lasted a year

    Has issues displaying dual monitors even though it does say dual monitors within the specs. Even with latest firmware there are still a ton of complaints online.

    it broke after one week, when new unit arrived, they forgot the power brick. It has been almost 2 weeks, and still missing the power brick.

    We purchased 20 of theses and 20 surface laptops. Most of them had issues using dual.monitors and connecting.

    I could not get the dock to work consistently with two monitors or even one. Ended up using a Dell USB3 device and like it much better.

    this thing sucks for the fact you have to use it, but it works okay i guess. half the time i can't connect tot he two screens i have and have to unplug and plug in and do this over and over for quite a while. it is really annoying. i guess i screwed up for using the surface pro for work.

    My original cord went out. It is very heavy. Extra USB ports are nice. Quality of the cord does not seem like it will last long because of heavy adaptor boxes attached. I feel cord will go out just like my original adapter. Very disappointed.
