I buy a bunch for business, but this one was for our home office. This is used with our Surface Pro 9 and have 2 dell screens hooked to the docking station. Works wonderful!

Just be aware that you need a mini display cable or adapter to connect 2nd monitor. It does not have a HDMI port. Very pleased with the dock to turn the Surface into a desktop computer.

The Right Dock for the Surface

The Microsoft dock, however, is very well built and, with its weight, stays put on my desk with all of the peripherals connected. Setup was very easy and I was able to connect two additional monitors. Overall, even with the price, I am happy with the purchase.

Great for hooking up external peripherals and two monitors at your desk. Worth it if you use a surface!
