We both have Surfaces, and sometime just need the added convenience this dock provides.

Multitasking with just attaching the device through charger and you can have access to 2 HDMI, wired Ethernet, 3 USB devices and more. My extra screen, my mic, my head peace , my tel charger, all connected in an instant

Sure, someone may have gotten it to work, and I'm sure it's my fault as all the vendors like to say, but I couldn't find any fix for the ethernet. The other ports work well however, and it's easy to plug and unplug from the dock for quick mobile use of my Surface Pro. Besides, it's the only dock you can get for the Surface Pro to my knowledge. That's one of the reasons I'll recommend to others.

Thanks for leaving this review and describing your experience. We're sorry to hear about the Ethernet port. That is certainly not what we would expect from the device. Try running through these troubleshooting tips for the device and see if that resolves the issue you described: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4023468.
If the issue persists, try taking it to your local Best Buy so they can verify the Ethernet port is functional. The Surface line comes with a 1-year warranty from purchase date which you can learn more about here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4036296/surface-surface-standard-warranty.
