It works fairly well, but the video is still not all the way there - very inconsistent. It is NOT the same video ports as is on the Surface Pro 4, so monitors and adapters that work on the Surface don't all work on the dock - very frustrating. They continue to updated the firmware on this, but it is still not all the way there.

Good but not great
