Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The biggest drawback to the dock is that runs dual 4 K monitors at 30 Hertz. While this may sound like a great feature, it is NOT. It's very likely the monitor you are using right now is running at a minimum of 60 Hertz. If you switch your monitor to 30 Hertz, you will notice lag with the mouse pointer when you drag it across the screen. I originally had two 4 K monitors on my dock, but the lag as so unbearable, that I switched to a 34" Ultra Wide monitor, which runs perfectly on the dock. Overall, the dock works as intended, but I have 4 of these things between my house and offices and I experience the same issues with each of them. Sometimes I will lose my scanner connection and have to reboot. Other times my monitor will flicker, or come out of sleep at an irregular size, and require me to reconnect to the dock. Otherwise, this is a fantastic product! I use my SurfaceBook 2 as my work desktop, and keep it on my Dock 90% of the time.

All you do is attach the power cord to your surface book and you are ready to work. The dock has been flawless so far.
