My Geek support has been helpful with this and I'm using it now. There are other ways of doing the same thing, so consider your options.

Need to update firmware of this tech before use. Requires specific MS software interface. Directions to enable correct video connection is not included as the Surface Book 2 is quite high end whereas external monitor may not be. If this part easier a 5
